Our mission at SASHE is to empower girls and young women through training and mentorship, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to cope with life challenges and build their capacity to positively impact their communities and the world.
We believe that all girls have the potential to create positive change within their communities and the world, and it’s our mission to provide them with the tools, resources, and support they need to reach their full potential. We envision a world where girls and young women have equal access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, where they are respected and valued for their unique talents and abilities, and where they have the power to shape their own lives and the world around them.
By providing girls and young women with access to education, training, and mentorship, we can empower them to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where girls and young women can learn, grow, and succeed. Our training and mentorship programs focus on providing girls and young women with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in life, including education, life skills, and career development. We also provide mentorship opportunities with successful women in various industries to give our participants a glimpse of the possibilities and inspire them to reach for their goals.
We work closely with girls, their families, and communities to identify and address the challenges they face, and to create tailored programs that meet the unique needs of each individual.Our ultimate goal is to empower girls and young women to be self-sufficient, confident, and capable individuals who can positively impact their communities and the world.
