Training and mentorships that empower
Our training and mentorship programs focus on providing girls and young women with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in life, including education, life skills, and career development giving our participants a glimpse of the possibilities and inspire them to reach for their goals.
Life Skills Training:
Offering training in life skills such self-identity, mental health wellness and sexual reproductive health to help girls and young women build their capacity to cope with life challenges and succeed in their personal and professional lives.
Career Development: Providing career guidance and job readiness training to help girls and young women explore career options and prepare for the workforce. This includes resume building, interview skills, and job search strategies.
Mentorship Programs:
Connecting girls and young women with successful women in various industries to provide guidance, support, and inspiration. The mentorship program will help the girls to have role models and learn from experienced and successful women.
Advocacy and Leadership:
Empowering girls and young women to become leaders and advocates for change in their communities by providing training in leadership, public speaking, and community organizing.
Community Engagement:
Building relationships and partnerships with local communities, community organizations, and government agencies to ensure that our programs are tailored to the specific needs of girls and young women in the community.
